Ole Jacob Sending est chercheur à l’institut norvégien des Affaires internationales et chercheur associé à l’institut Chr. Michelsen. Il a écrit de nombreux articles, notamment dans l’International Studies Quarterly et le European Journal of International Relations et a récemment publié un livre (avec Iver B. Neumann) Governing the Global Policy chez Michigan University Press. Il a également travaillé comme consultant au ministère norvégien des Affaires étrangères.
